1. Purpose of the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the financial strategy of the group across its global operations. This includes managing multi-entity financial operations optimizing SaaS/PaaS business models ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting strategic decisions through robust financial planning and analysis. The role requires deep coordination with internal stakeholders and alignment with the group s innovation-driven mission.
2. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Lead group-wide financial planning analysis budgeting and forecasting across advisory SaaS and educational streams.
- Provide financial insight and direction to the Partner group and COO for decision-making investments and strategic expansion.
- Develop scalable financial frameworks aligned with the organization s growth and regional presence.
Financial Operations and Management
- Oversee financial operations including accounting cash management and reporting across multiple jurisdictions and legal entities.
- Manage financial systems controls and processes that ensure accuracy transparency and compliance.
- Lead cross-border treasury management intercompany reconciliation and working capital optimization.
SaaS / PaaS Financial Governance
- Define pricing strategies revenue models and cost tracking specific to SaaS/PaaS product offerings.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as ARR CAC LTV churn and profitability by product and geography.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and other relevant teams to support commercialization efforts.
Regulatory Audit and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations financial reporting standards and legal requirements across operating regions.
- Lead internal and external audits and ensure risk controls are implemented and followed.
- Support financial aspects of public tenders procurement processes and partnership agreements.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Build and manage a high-performing regionally distributed finance team.
- Create clear governance structures and financial responsibilities across teams and offices.
- Work closely with the COO and Head of Product to ensure alignment across finance operations and product development.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Present financial performance forecasts and strategic plans to Group Partners.
- Support funding efforts investor relations and stakeholder communications with timely accurate financial data.
- Provide inputs on socio-economic impact metrics and performance indicators tied to the group s mission.
- Occasional travel required for strategic meetings audits or partnership engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting or a related field (MBA CPA or ACCA preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in finance roles preferably in consulting SaaS or policy-driven organizations.
- Proven experience leading or supporting Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) including financial due diligence valuation and integration planning.
- Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations across multiple regions and legal frameworks.
- Experience in product-based revenue models including SaaS economics and government procurement.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
