Inoapps is seeking an experienced senior projectmanager with directive leadership skills to be responsible for leading medium to large complex high valuetransformational Oracle projects often impacting regional or global operations. As a Inoapps project manager the candidate will be a business leader who consistently delivers project governance and controls exceeds targets and creates innovative ways to deliver when presented with challenges. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities you will perform
Contract Project Management
- Plan control and execute project requirements following Inoapps methodology to ensure both Inoapps and client business objectives are met whilst adhering to Inoapps governance and control procedures
- Work with Practice Leaders to staff the projects you are assigned and build a cohesive and effective project team through strong leadership leading by example (behaviors) creating a collaborative working environment to maximize the team potential and manage performance issues where necessary
- Perform risk management planning risk identification and mitigation
- Demonstrate critical thinking and strong problemsolving skills to accelerate the resolution of issues and escalations
- Support the integration of complex process and organizational change management into the delivery of the assigned projects
- Work with project team members (functional & technical) to define and document the tasks required and the critical path to successfully track delivery of your Oracle projects by producing and maintaining project documentation to the quality and standards required
- Manage client and external supplier deliverables identifying and escalating where issues or delays have critical path and/or commercial impact
Commercial Management
- Participate in the creation of client Statements of Work (SoW) to ensure the details required to manage the project delivery are contained within the defined scope
- Own track and accurately forecast project budget for which you will use Oracle Analytics Cloud Service to track budget to actual to forecast.
- Communicate project status progress to Inoapps leadership and customer stakeholders applying appropriate project governance controls and ownership of issue resolution in order to maximize project profitability
- Ensure indepth understanding of the SoW for assigned projects and ensure your project team deliver to the terms of the agreed contract proactively identifying change applying change governance and driving margin growth
- Proactively protect Inoapps commercial position by limiting exposure managing within commercial authority and ensuring that information shared with any external parties represent the official views of Inoapps.
Stakeholder Management
- Deliver client management through building strong and trusted relationships with the customer where your expertise experience and advice are valued and working collaboratively with the customer to drive the project to deliver successfully including identification / documentation of change requests
- Develop and execute timely and effective communication strategies leading communications with the team and key stakeholders including client C level stakeholders
Internal governance project controls and practice contributions
- Adhere to Inoapps internal governance and control procedures
- Contribute to the practice development through harvesting material and building best practice project governance
- Evolving our implementation methodologies and wider knowledge sharing
- Provide support and mentorship to less experienced members of the practice to support development needs where required
- Identify and support growth initiatives such as opportunities to upsell supporting presales activities producing marketing material promoting Inoapps within social media.
Qualifications

Essential
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution
- Industry Project Management certification (Oracle Project Management or PMP certification preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Projects (and other Microsoft office tools)
- Strong numerical skills
- Strong communication skills to all levels of the organisation
- Adaptable and resilient
Experience
Essential
- Minimum 7 years Oracle SAAS/EBS Project Management experience
- Professional Services delivery
- Commercial and customer management of an Oracle implementation project
- Led at least two end to end Oracle SAAS ERP/HCM implementation projects as a system integrator including data migration
- Led at least one global implementation
- Led at least one multipillar implementation
- Management of remote global project teams
- Successfully managed Fixed Price and Time and Materials contracts
- Owned and managed Oracle SAAS Environment plans
- Client facing presales activities
Desirable
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of some of the business processes within an Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction Public Sector or Manufacturing industry
- In addition to SI experience having experience of managing Oracle projects customerside
- Knowledge of or experience in delivering Oracle Infrastructure technologies
- Knowledge of or experience in the management of testing workstreams
- People and Performance Management of direct reports
