Ronco is seeking a talentedStrategic Account Managerfor our Education Vertical. In this role you will be responsible forcultivating and growing the market segment while qualifying and closing sales opportunities related to our education and corporate customers.
Accountabilities Include: - Generate new customers within the assigned territory
- Expand our existing customer base business offerings
- Work directly with School Administration on a solution value proposition
- Follow up on sales leads for new and existing customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct walkthroughs and develop the scope of work documents based on potential installation projects with the assistance of our engineering team
- Write and submit timely accurate professional bids and bid responses with the assistance of our support team
- Identify and define the scope of work for the proposal process
- Understand and interpret construction project specifications
- Learn and demonstrate various technology solutions
- Keep accurate pipelines via Customer Relationship Management software
- Develop and maintain strong product and industry knowledge
- Ability to recognize local industry trends
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with manufacturer representatives architects and engineers
Requirements for Success: - A Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 2 years of sales experience developing new business within the communications hardware security hardware or audio hardware industry
- Demonstrate communication skills including both written and verbal communication
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work well independently
- Must exercise the highest level of integrity and professional business acumen
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)
- Must be detailoriented and work well under pressure
- Maintain a clean driving record

The expected salary for this position ranges from $58000.00 to $88000.00 base pay per year plus significant commission opportunity available.
This role may require you to meet vendor specific credentialing requirements to visit customer sites as a condition of your continued employment. These requirements vary based on the respective healthcare educational state or federal customer and may include vaccinations additional background checks additional drug testing and any other type of criteria as specified by the customer.
