The Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team guides and deploys critical business decisions across the advertising sales organization through strategy analytics and operations. Team members are experts in business strategy and operations and analytical and strategic thinking. They are pragmatic and resultsoriented.
What youll do:
- Lead a team of highperforming global Sales Strategy & Operations managers focused on Small & Medium Businesses (SMBs) across four key regions: North America Europe LATAM & APAC.
- Work directly with key Global SMB sales leaders on critical strategic organizational and operational projects designed to increase revenue sales productivity and operational efficiency including VP of Global SMB & Channel Sales.
- Structure and execute strategic initiatives by developing work plans gathering and synthesizing relevant data leading analyses and developing final recommendations.
- Analyze and determine key insights from key business drivers trends and operating metrics. Translate data into insights and action and communicate recommendations to sales leadership and the broader organization.
- Take advantage of large amounts of structured data to understand how our customers interact with our product and service offerings.
- Work with and influence crossfunctional teams including Marketing Measurement Product and Finance.
- Proactively identify and redefine processes and systems that improve and scale our business.
- Partner directly with and oversee Sales Strategy & Operations counterparts within our operating Vendorpartner teams.
- Support companylevel strategysetting and planning efforts.
What were looking for:
- 10 years of professional experience in strategy & operations in highly analytical environments such as management consulting investment banking corporate strategy or technology/media companies along with proven ability to lead and manage others.
- Proven ability to successfully lead team and self in a complex fastpaced environment planning and managing at both the strategic and operational level. Organized detailoriented and strategically focused.
- A strong track record of identifying key questions connecting the dots performing analyses independently and communicating complex findings (written & verbal) to executive level audiences in a clear and concise way.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing crossfunctional teams to drive outcomes.
- Strong data analytics skills (SQL Tableau) and experience working with large data sets. Ability to visualize complex data sets that provide insights and clearly inform areas of action.
- Understanding of sales and digital advertising platforms plus experience with Small & Medium Business (SMB) segment preferred.
- Experience managing a global/largescale team via outsourced vendor operations a plus.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as business economics statistics or a related field or equivalent experience.
