SALARY: In accordance with CTI grant 500 hrs @ $40 per hr over a twoyear grant cycle. Parttime hybrid position. DUTIES: Perform a variety of secretarial clerical and administrative support functions Prepare and maintain confidential information and records Operate office equipment including computer hardware/software Assist program participants and staff with any paperwork or questions as needed Work with Masshire counterpart for onboarding and orientation for new students Purchase supplies through the District accounting system and verify receipt Perform bookkeeping and accounting functions make deposits reconcile expense statements and generate and distribute financial reports to CTI Grant manager Generate reimbursement requests for expended grant funds and act as liaison between BH CTI and Com Corp billing department Generate and submit monthly rental invoices for reimbursement Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages of supplies for program Maintain accurate attendance records and daily enrollment count for weekly monthly and quarterly reports Assist with preparations for any functions for CTI program Facilitate aspects of preregistration Type forms letters and other documents Perform scheduling/calendar duties Track verify and submit payroll biweekly Assist in outreach to potential community partners Assist in followup with program participants as well as community partners Other duties as assigned by CTI Manager
