Job Description

At Penn Power Group we know that our success starts with our people. Were looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support key HR functions including employee relations benefits administration compliance and onboarding. If youre detailoriented organized and passionate about creating a positive workplace this role is for you!

Requirements

WHAT YOULL DO:

  • Manage onboarding offboarding and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HR systems (HRIS) and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Provide HR support on policies employee relations and compliance.
  • Assist with payroll benefits and leave administration.
  • Support performance reviews training programs and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for improvement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years in HR including HRIS management (Paylocity preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication problemsolving and organizational abilities.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Efficient problem solving and decisionmaking when any human resources issues arise.
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
