Job Description
Bolton Clarke Residential group now has 88 Aged Care Homes across QLD NSW VIC SA & WA with the inclusion of the Allity McKenzie & Acacia Living Group. With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
The Location
Bolton Clarkes Buderim Views Home located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast
The Job
Food Services/ Catering Attendant(permanent parttime) Early AM 06:30am start) and PM shifts of 5 to 7 hrs. Weekday and weekend shifts.
You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. You will be making a difference in peoples lives building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.
- Assisting in the preparation delivery presentation and serving of resident meals.
- Cleaning the food preparation and consumption areas cooking equipment and utensils.
- Cater for special occasions such as birthdays cultural and religious occasions meetings and events.
- Assist in maintaining the dining and adjacent rooms in a clean and hazard free condition.
Essential to be successful
- Good customer service and communication skills including proficiency in English language to communicate with residents.
- High level reading and writing skills to understand resident dietary requirements and to complete food safety documentation.
- A good level of fitness required for a fastpaced environment including serving of food tea and coffee rounds washing of dishes and cleaning of kitchens.
