Job Description
Financial Consultant
Location: Surat
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Budgeting
Develop the financial plan and annual budget aligned with the strategic goals.
Prepare detailed operating budgets for various departments
Cost Analysis and Optimization:
Work with the operations team to evaluate manufacturing costs (materials labor overhead) and propose strategies for efficiency improvements.
Identify and mitigate financial risks related to cost overruns or inefficiencies.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
Prepare financial statements (P&L balance sheet cash flow).
Ensure compliance with tax regulations industry standards and accounting principles.
Capital Management:
Work with the promoter or leadership team to evaluate funding requirements and strategies including loans equity or internal reserves.
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience:
Experience in Financial analyst/financial consultant role Relevant roles: Financial Consultant Finance Analyst
Experience in EMS is mandatory.

Skills Abilities & Knowhow
Financial Profile
Understanding of both financial and operational drivers to align finances with business goals.
Proficiency in financial modeling accounting standards ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
Strong ability to analyze complex data and present actionable insights.
Industry Knowledge:
Knowledge of cost drivers operational processes and financial dynamics in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) or PCBA industry.
