Job Description
Job Title: Remote Sales Assistant
Location: Remote
Job Type: FullTime / PartTime (depending on your needs)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team remotely. The ideal candidate is organized communicates well and enjoys working behind the scenes to help drive results. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced virtual environment and is comfortable using digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales team with administrative tasks

Respond to customer inquiries via email chat or phone

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system

Assist with preparing sales reports and presentations

Schedule meetings and followups with clients

Help manage online product listings and pricing updates (if applicable)

Perform market research and gather data to support sales strategies
Requirements:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable working independently and remotely

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Experience with CRM tools is a plus (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
