Our sister store MINI of St. Louisis currently in need of an additional Used Vehicle Technician for our Reconditioning Department. Responsibilities:
- Inspect and create estimate for repairs for preowned vehicles work closely with Parts Department
- Perform work authorized by the Recon Manager with efficiency and in accordance with dealership quality standards
- Testdrive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnosing maintaining and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes air conditioning etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Executing repairs to highest quality standards for Reconditioning Department
Qualifications:
- MO State Inspectors License andASE certifications are a plus
- 1 year General Automotive repair experience and/or Automotive Tech School Training
- Strong teamwork skills and able to attend training away from St. Louis
- Willing to submit to a drug screen& background check
- Must have clean & valid drivers license
