Maths Teacher The Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 4 and 5 inspiring students to achieve their full potential.
- Create a positive and dynamic classroom environment where students develop a love for Maths.
- Collaborate with a dedicated Maths Department to deliver an outstanding innovative curriculum.
- Take on additional responsibilities such as curriculum development or mentoring with TLR opportunities available for those with relevant experience.
- Enhance leadership skills with clear progression to a Lead Practitioner role for motivated and experienced candidates.
Maths Teacher The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a demonstrated track record of delivering excellent outcomes for students.
- Expert subject knowledge with a 2:1 or higher degree in Maths or a related subject.
- A passion for Maths and the ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities.
- Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to raising academic standards.
- Experience or interest in taking on additional responsibilities with leadership potential.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department.
