We are currently seeking a Training Coordinator to work at our Training Center. This position will be responsible for the organization development and of training new employees. Performs training of newly hired employees provides retraining on company topics such as policies procedures and programs as needs dictate and conducts group and individualized training for purposes of work performance enhancement and general education. Serves as a procedural and compliance resource for employees in assigned areas.

Pay Range: $19.97/hourly $40.29
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm additional hours when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement appropriate resources and programs to accomplish training objectives
- Evaluate new presently existing and proposed training methodologies develop training materials and plans and deliver training
- Conduct training programs for the company. Track and analyze training programs by examining participants job performance
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of training on employees during the orientation period
- Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
- Travel to additional sites when needed
Job Requirements:
This position requires you to be fully vaccinated against COVID19. Subject to applicable law all prospective hires will need to provide proof of being fully vaccinated for COVID19 or qualify for medical or religious accommodations.
- Experience:We are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience. Some experience conducting training in any capacity is preferable but not required.
- Communication:Candidate must have excellent public speaking skills ability to be empathetic personable patient and engaging.
- Administrative: Answer telephones maintain logs/records motivate others organizational skills proficiency with numbers research information time management train employees use computerized databases written and verbal communications.
- Machine: Calculator personal computer
- Physical Demands: Speech clarity utilization of fingers and hands standingremaining on ones feet in an upright position sittingremaining in the normal seated position handlingseizing holding grasping and possible casual to regular lifting of up to 30 pounds.
- License/Certification/Education: Must have valid Washington issued Phlebotomy License or have an application for Phlebotomy License filed with Washington Department of Health at time of hire
- Travel: Travel required to other sites to assist onboarding and training 510. Very minimal.
