Job Description
YOUR MISSION:
As a Customer Experience Programs Working Student at Parloa you will support our Customer Experience (CX) team by ensuring seamless data management analytics and operational efficiency. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our CX tools reporting and automation processes. This is a great opportunity to gain handson experience in CX operations while working with cuttingedge SaaS tools and automation technologies.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Build and maintain CX dashboards and reports using CSS SQL and Salesforce to ensure datadriven decisionmaking.
- Support Salesforce data cleanup ensuring accurate customer account information and structured data.
- Assist in integrating and automating CX tools through APIs WebHooks and workflow automation (e.g. Zapier integrations and API).
- Handle internal invoicing processes related to CX operations & Professional Service Team.
- Manage CX tool invoices and liaise with internal teams for efficient processing.
- Become an expert in Parloas CX tools (Salesforce HubSpot Zendesk) and provide internal support for crossfunctional teams.
- Act as a coowner of specific CX tools (Zendesk Implementation Tool Clockify) and ensure smooth functionality and optimization.
- Support in maintaining the Customer Overview in Notion Salesforce and Google Drive ensuring data accuracy and updates.
- Take on ad hoc tasks such as handling license and access requests for CX tools and responding to toolingrelated inquiries.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration Information Systems Data Analytics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Basic experience with CSS SQL and an interest in data visualization and reporting.
- Familiarity with Salesforce HubSpot Zendesk or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- A proactive and structured work approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Interest in automation and process optimization through APIs WebHooks or tools like Zapier.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
