PROPERTY MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Redhill RH1
Salary: 27k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised experienced Property Manager who is looking to forge a career within an established highly professional local independent estate & lettings agent based in the Redhill area.
You will need to have some previous experience in residential Property Management; you will be a calm and unflappable person who can work in a pressurised environment and as part of a team; you will be able to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
You will also have the ability to build a good rapport with clients quickly and surpass the expectations of both Landlords and tenants delivering exceptional customer service along the way.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
- Previous experience in Property Management
- High level of customer service skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Stay calm under pressure
- Have superb organisational skills and be able to prioritise workload
- A confident team player
- Positive professional and customer focused with an ability to build relationships
- Willing to keep up to date with training and relevant legislations
- Car driver with full UK driving license is essential
