Compensation Analysts Develop and analyze the organizations compensation program. Assist in the design and implementation of base pay structures incentive programs and equity plans that reflect the organizations compensation philosophy. Evaluate benchmark and market price jobs. Analyze compensation data and recommend salary grades. Create reports as needed. Ensure job descriptions are kept current. Assist in the administration of performance review or meritrating programs. Minimum Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS : Compensation Analyst I: Requires a bachelors (or equivalency) with up to 2 years of directly related work experience or a masters degree. Compensation Analyst II: Requires a bachelors (or equivalency) 4 years or a masters (or equivalency) 2 years of directly related work experience. EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT : 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience. (Example: bachelors degree 4 years of directly related work experience.
