Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- PostSales Relationship Management: Take charge of the overall postsales relationship with assigned accounts. This includes a wide range of activities such as training professional services technical support renewals expansion and advocacy. Ensure that customers derive maximum value from our solutions leading to their success and growth.
- Onboarding Collaboration: Work crossfunctionally to guide customers seamlessly through the onboarding process. Provide clear guidance on next steps maintain open communication lines and connect customers to the appropriate internal resources to ensure a smooth transition.
- Technical Expertise: Develop an indepth knowledge of a technical discipline related to our Imaging Digital Solutions. Use prior experience and acquired technical expertise to execute company policies and strategies effectively.
- Business Acumen: Possess an indepth understanding of key business drivers and leverage this knowledge in daily operations. Understand how the work of your team integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader organizational goals.
- Problem Solving: Use judgment to propose solutions outside of set parameters always with guidance. Rely on prior experience onthejob training and analytical thinking to address challenges solve straightforward tasks and problems. Consult multiple internal sources outside of your immediate team to make informed decisions
- Team Leadership: While this role is primarily an individual contributor position it requires proven interpersonal skills to manage and communicate both external and internal teams. For customer facing roles develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Explains technical information to others.
- Presentations: Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing GE Healthcare products demonstration as well as customer training.
Required Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineer or related.
- Easy to establish relationship with people open and flexible to work outside of the office.
- Willingness to travel extensively within your specified geographic region as well as to nationwide for trainings sales meetings and tradeshows.
- To the extent you are applying for a position that requires you to operate a GE owned/leased you must be willing to submit to a check of your driving record.
- Solid problemsolving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
- Proven professional business acumen (experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solutionbased sales process)
- Selfmotivated willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
- Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)
- Ability to communicate effectively using local language
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic clinical/medical background is also requested.
- Demonstrated clinical skills.
