Vacancy: LETTINGS MANAGER Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Guildford GU1

Salary: OTE 60k

Position: Permanent Full Time

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Lettings Manager to join a busy independent Estate & Lettings Agency based in the Guildford area.

You will be working alongside the company directors and your mission will be to grow and develop the existing Lettings business through the generation of new letting instructions and a solid and steady development of the overall Lettings business and portfolio.

The perfect candidate will currently be a either an Assistant Manager or Lettings Manager who is looking to take the next step in their career and who loves the business development aspect of the role. You will be friendly enthusiastic and energetic have an excellent track record in the Lettings industry be capable of winning new business be a superb lister and business builder and understand customer service and the importance of retaining clients.

The perfect candidate will have a thorough and extensive knowledge of Lettings practices and legislation and ideally be ARLA (or equivalent) qualified.

The Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency that offers a bespoke service to its clients and offers a wide range of properties across Guildford and the surrounding villages.

Skills required for this Lettings Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

  • Experience in residential Lettings
  • Significant Listing / Valuations experience
  • Excellent sales ability
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
  • Knowledge and living close to the Guildford area essential
  • Full Driving License and car owner essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
