Tiimely Home Broker is powered by Tiimelys technology and takes some of the heavy lifting out of the Brokers hands. es We are continuing to grow and were looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our team where you will be able to contribute to shaping the future of home lending.

The Position

We are seeking a customerfocused experienced Mortgage Broker to deliver results for clients who sit outside the box. Customers who need a trusted adviser to work with them in finding a solution to their personal debt requirements. This includes building a relationship with customers from initial enquiry through to settlement and beyond ensuring a smooth and successful experience. You will leverage digital tools to assist customers provide expert advice and maintain strong relationships with customers a panel of lenders and our aggregator (AFG).

Your other responsibilities will include:

  • Work with the Broker Lead to build the brand of Tiimely Home Brokers and Tiimely Home Own collaborating with other teams as necessary.
  • Support marketing activities to increase volume and market presence optimizing advertising strategies.
  • Determine customer requirements and build rapport.
  • Assist customers in navigating the home loan application process providing clear guidance and answering queries throughout their journey.
  • Educate customers to make informed decisions including utilizing digital tools.
  • Keep customers informed with regular updates on the status of their application and any additional documentation needed.
  • Support customers through the settlement process ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
  • Follow up with customers after settlement to gather feedback and foster longterm relationships.
  • Ensure timely presentation of all required regulatory documentation including credit guides and other compliance paperwork.
  • Maintain high standards of transparency and compliance throughout the application process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with panel lenders to enhance product offerings and secure favorable terms for customers.
  • Stay up to date with market trends and industry developments to offer the best possible solutions to customers.
  • Conduct regular checkins with customers including home loan health checks to identify opportunities for refinancing or product upgrades.
  • Ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention through excellent service and proactive engagement.
  • Request customer referrals and build a strong base of advocacy through exceptional service.

About You

Were looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with a passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong demonstrated experience (ie 2 years) as a mortgage broker.
  • Strong understanding of the home loan process including application documentation and settlement.
  • Highly driven to exceed above average results.
  • Strong demonstration of understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the mortgage industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and lenders.
  • A customerfirst attitude with the ability to deliver exceptional service at every touchpoint.
  • Digital literacy with the ability to use online tools and platforms to enhance the customer experience.
  • Excited about the opportunity to collaborate across Tiimely to build the success of our Broker business and contribute to our commitment to enabling customers.
  • MFAA Membership required.
  • Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management required.
