Job Description
Strong is looking for a Camp Lead take on a leadership role on our summer camp team! Camp Leads are a consistent source of POSITIVITY EXCITMENT and LEADERSHIP for our Strong campers and strive to create the best experience possible!
Responsibilities of a Camp Lead include but are not limited to.
Exhibit our Strong Pillar of CARE by being a vibrant enthusiastic professional and welcoming presence to our customers.
Ensure the consistent safety of all campers.
Be hyper aware of the camp schedules (Games skills lunch time transitions etc.
Have complete understanding on the days activities and how to teach and execute them.
Be competent with all camp rules and regulations.
Administer roll call as well as ensure each camper is accounted for in their respective groups.
Be able to lead and support other camp counselors in their group.
Enthusiastically engage with campers to create a fun engaging and exciting environment.
Be able to lead and facilitate camp games activities and skills.
Attend all camp staff trainings development meetings and gatherings.
Have a clear understanding of camp policies and procedures as outlined by Strong.
Have competency in the flow of the daily camp schedule as outlined by camp superiors and management.
Maintain clear and concise communication with team members and Strong management regarding any and all camp incidents (Injuries foul language misconduct etc.

Schedule: Full time and part time positions available
Monday Friday
