Job Description
Heres what youll do:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Follow all GMP Food Safety & Company policies.
- Operate monitor and maintain assigned filler equipment in accordance with production schedules.
- Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and make minor adjustments as needed.
- Oversee the operations of the assigned production line to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform quality checks to verify product specifications and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve operational challenges.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to company safety protocols.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and production reports.
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - Ability to operate HMI screen.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Must be selfmotivated and able to achieve high impact in an unstructured environment.
- Ability to work with maintenance when required and needed.
- Able to operate all the equipment in Arils department
