Job Description
The Integrated Workflow Solutions (IWS) team is responsible for making change management easy streamlined and efficient for all stakeholders involved. As part of the IWS team you will join a group of professionals responsible for solving complex operational challenges transforming business processes and introducing automation that improves efficiency as well as identifying opportunities for alignment.
The IWS team is searching for a candidate with a strong strategic automation and control mindset tobe responsible and accountable for managing automation deliverables across various pillars of Control Management.The candidate is empowered to add value and make an impact from day one. Job responsibilities:
- Automation program manager managing direct reports and key stakeholders as they work to develop automation solutions acrossworkflow repository dashboard and bot applications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions toto reengineer processes and deliver innovative solutions providing business value efficiency gains and process improvements
- Manage key senior leadership metrics including driving the team to deliver automation initiatives on time and escalating any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain program roadmaps identifying clear objectives and key results tracking effectiveness of deployed solutions
- Perform requirement gathering analysis automated solution design assist development testing and implementation
- Partner with the other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on superior client experience
- Follow Agile development methodologies
- Ideally be able to also design and develop workflow process and user interface using citizendeveloper applications
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Confluence Alteryx Tableau
- Working knowledge of JavaScript JSON REST APIs to support workflow development is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
- A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and project management skills; experience driving complex projects to a wide variety of stakeholders
- Strong collaboration partnership and influencing skills ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Flexible with the ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Creative problemsolving skills ability to approach an issue / initiative with an innovative yet pragmatic commercially reasonable approach to achieve desired outcomes

- Careful attention to detail with keen ability to quality check own work and the work of others
- Ability to directly address / identify conflict and obstacles and escalate as appropriate
- Business process reengineering and analysis experience:
- Challenging the status quo current processes and tools to find the most efficient solution possible
- Ability to look through to the root cause of issues and assist with efforts to define creative solutions
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
- 8 years of relevant experience; business transformation process automation or equivalent experience in financial services industry experience in data analytics is a plus
