Job responsibilities:
- Automation program manager managing direct reports and key stakeholders as they work to develop automation solutions acrossworkflow repository dashboard and bot applications
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners across multiple regions toto reengineer processes and deliver innovative solutions providing business value efficiency gains and process improvements
- Manage key senior leadership metrics including driving the team to deliver automation initiatives on time and escalating any issues in a timely manner
- Maintain program roadmaps identifying clear objectives and key results tracking effectiveness of deployed solutions
- Perform requirement gathering analysis automated solution design assist development testing and implementation
- Partner with the other teams to deliver integrated solutions with a focus on superior client experience
- Follow Agile development methodologies
- Ideally be able to also design and develop workflow process and user interface using citizendeveloper applications
Required qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) Confluence Alteryx Tableau
- Working knowledge of JavaScript JSON REST APIs to support workflow development is a plus
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details
- A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong communication and project management skills; experience driving complex projects to a wide variety of stakeholders

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent preferred
- 8 years of relevant experience; business transformation process automation or equivalent experience in financial services industry experience in data analytics is a plus
