Job Overview
Cleaning / Housekeeping Supervisor (Poultry Farm Experienced)
5 years in poultry factories (in sterilization disinfection and use of disinfection materials)
Qualifications and Skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques (Mandatory skill) Demonstrate thorough expertise in various cleaning methodologies and processes applicable to different environments.
- Leadership skills Capable of directing and motivating a team to achieve exceptional performance and maintain high quality standards.
- Time management Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and manage schedules to ensure all cleaning duties are completed promptly.
- Attention to detail Ensure meticulous attention to minor details to maintain an impeccable and sanitary environment.
- Communication skills Skilled in clearly and effectively conveying information to team members and superiors.
- Problemsolving skills Aptitude for identifying issues and implementing practical solutions quickly and efficiently.
- Team management Proven ability to oversee a cleaning team fostering a cooperative and productive environment.
- Experience in poultry farm Relevant knowledge and practical experience in managing specific cleaning needs associated with a poultry farm setting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor cleaning operations to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and allocate tasks to team members accordingly.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas requiring additional attention and improvements.
- Train and mentor cleaning staff to uphold highperformance cleaning practices and safety protocols.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment ensuring all materials are replenished as needed.
- Resolve workplace challenges efficiently and maintain a positive work environment.
- Report to management on team performance project updates and any operational challenges.
- Ensure the adherence to health and safety regulations implementing corrective actions when necessary.
