The Vice President of Creative is a critical member of the Madison Reed marketing leadership team and strategic role for the Madison Reed brand. As the Vice President of Creative you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall creative vision and direction for Madison Reed. You will lead the creative strategy for all brand initiatives including the overarching aesthetic and tone & voice for the brand brand campaigns product launches photography and videography direction as well as omni channel creative . The ideal candidate will be a forwardthinking leader with extensive experience in developing breakthrough emotionally arresting elevated modern creative for consumer brands (beauty and hair care preferred) an understanding of consumer trends and the ability to drive innovation through compelling creative storytelling.
This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer is full time and remote. While remote this position should expect to be able to travel up to 40 from home including but not limited to team meetings Quarterly Business meetings trips to contract manufacturers and companysponsored events.
The base salary range for this position is between 190k and 250k. At Madison Reed we aim to pay competitively. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
