Job Description
Own the product vision & roadmap
Translate company objectives into a multi-year user-centric product strategy covering device firmware mobile and cloud.
Evangelise the vision internally and with investors clinical advisors and partners
Lead a multi-disciplinary team
Manage and mentor Product Managers Designers and Researchers; orchestrate their work with Hardware Firmware QA and Ops (50 FTE overall).
Implement data-driven decision frameworks (OKRs A/B testing cohort analysis).
Deliver regulated consumer hardware at scale
Drive all phases of the lifecycleconcept EVT/DVT/PVT launch and post-market improvementsfor products shipping 100 k units.
Ensure compliance with CE-MDR and (future) FDA Class II requirements in partnership with QA/RA.
Maximise user value & business impact
Balance clinical efficacy delightful UX and unit economics.
Use data (retention NPS CLV) to iterate features that boost engagement and adherence.
Collaborate across the company
Work closely with Supply-Chain (ODM negotiations in Asia) Growth Customer Care and Medical Affairs to ensure seamless launches and in-market learning loops.
Represent Product in board meetings.
