At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In SAP human capital at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Job Description

Years of Experience:Sr. Associate: 5 to 8 years of experience

Position Requirements:

To gather requirements from the user teams and suggest a proper Integration Solution.

To Guide Functional teams of various Integration options for both SAP and Legacy Systems.

To highlight extensibility options in SAP Successfactors and enable them based on requirement.

Good exposure to employee central process and functionalities

Should give required Functional teams for SAP SF Integrations teams to configure legacy & ECC.

Experience in enablement of standard Badis

Experience in mapping of personal and wagetype data in replication

Desired Knowledge:

Strong understanding of Employee Central Compensation Time Management PMGM & LMS

Should have worked on integration architecture deliverables development of interfaces involving multiple modules and applications of SAP.

Should have worked on endtoend life cycle of the project involving cutover go live and support of the interfaces.

Desired Skills:

Must have skills.

o Very Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills

o Should be good coordinator and team player

o Experience in Mashups and SAML enablement.

o Experience in Integration center and intelligent services for enabling standard integrations.

o Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid

Good to have skills.

o Should be good in team handling.

o Good knowledge of idocs.

o Knowledge on Extension Center.

o Exposure to set up standard thirdparty integrations using Integration center.

o Exposure to CPI.

Professional and Educational Background:

Degree or Postgraduate preferably with HR specialization.

Minimum domain experience is preferable.
