Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance Consultant with 12 years of strong domain expertise to join a high-impact migration project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements resolving day-to-day user queries and contributing to the successful transformation from legacy SAP systems to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand the organization s business processes in the area of Plant Maintenance (PM).
Handle day-to-day functional support and query resolution for business users.
Participate in ACCB (Change Control Board) to evaluate approve or reject change requests.
Contribute to S/4HANA transformation strategy discussions and planning.
Ensure smooth transition and business continuity during the migration phase.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical consultants business analysts and project managers.
Provide documentation and training support as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance with recent hands-on experience in S/4HANA environments.
Proven experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Migration or transformation project.
Strong understanding of PM master data work orders preventive maintenance notifications and integration with other SAP modules.
In-depth knowledge of Change Control processes (ACCB participation).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in English; no Dutch or other local language required.
Must be eligible to work onsite in the Netherlands (partial remote arrangement possible).
We are seeking skilled ERP professionals to support a high-impact SAP S/4HANA migration project, specifically within the Finance domain, focusing on Financial Consolidation. This work will take place under a Flexible Delivery Model (FDM) structure, with engagements running through the end of 2026 (FDM) and Q1 2027 (ERP migration). The program requires a dynamic and scalable team to support different project phases across ERP functions. Candidates should demonstrate experience with large ERP transformations and deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance modules. Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design, configuration, and testing of SAP S/4HANA Finance Financial Consolidation processes Support the full ERP migration lifecycle including planning, gap analysis, data migration, testing, training, and go-live Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system design, and configure solutions Assist with cutover planning, financial closing activities, and post-go-live support Contribute to documentation, including functional specs, process flows, and user manuals Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Audit, etc.) to support a successful ERP transformation
