SHIFT LEAD FUNCTIONS
- Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
- Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
- Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
- Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
- Cleans and organizes kitchen workstations dining room restrooms and other areas in the caf.
- Follows the steps to operate the register including taking customer orders accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
- Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
- Oversees all crew members and daily check lists.
- POS responsibilities with some banking.
