Job Description
Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
Eight years experience in software development plus management of software development using C/Java.
Experience effectively and efficiently managing customer projects through full project life cycle.
Experience working independently with a high degree of autonomy to achieve group goals
Due to the nature of this position U.S citizenship is required.
Masters Degree in Electrical Computer or Engineering or Computer Science
Experience with OSGI
Experience leading proposal efforts to win DOD funding
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Active DOD security clearance.
