Job Description
This position reports to the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies and is responsible for innovative leadership in developing implementing and monitoring the policies practices and processes required to meet the Universitys graduate student enrollment goals. The Director of Graduate Admissions will spearhead rigorous marketing efforts and recruitment of graduate students.
Essential Functions
Ability to make and implement recruitment and marketing plans. Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (e.g. Outlook Word Excell) and SungardHE Banner. Ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations the University community and the public. Ability to travel and work some evenings and weekends. Work closely with APSUs Marketing team to create marketing materials.
