Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualifiedExecutiveto handle and lead all warehouse activities. which will help to complete day to day production. to improve efficiency by generating new ideas which can support Production Planning Purchase & internal customers. This position will be responsible for managing scheduled activities reports generations and developing new tools which requires good communication and computer skills are very useful for the role.
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Arrangement of received material at inward predefined location (Monitoring).
- Receipt of Ok material against job order from Machine Shop (Monitoring)
- Issue of material as per work order bill of material (BOM) as per work order to machine shop.
- Tagging and marking of the material at receipt stage.
- Release material to shop floor according to requirement and plan.
- Supporting Production Planning Purchase & PFEP
- Maintain a record of material.
- Receipt transactions for received material & invoices submission for billing.
- Use PPEs and safety belts and ensure proper disposal of Wastage / Garbage
- Generating reports and maintaining it on share drive.
- Safety Identification and reporting of Unsafe Act Conditions Near miss onetime and ensure action on it.
- Reporting of Accidents/Incidents and ensure action on it
- Participate in safety survey and give suggestions.
- Participate in safety awareness & promotional programs.
You should have strong knowledge about the warehouse processes and should have demonstrated ability in the field. You should able to handle contracted (hourly) workers independently. You should be Customer focused and good in communications. You should be good teammate who can collaborate within and outside warehousing team.
- Bachelors Degree or any graduate with 3 years Industry experience.
- Should have excellent computer knowledge of advance Excel Presentation skills
- Excellent problemsolving with written verbal and social skills.
- Able to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Experience of warehouse operations.
