We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investment Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Product Analyst Disclosure will report to the Product Management Leader and handle various administrative and analytical tasks related to the management of funds within Mercers Investments in Australia. Candidates should be organised disciplined in version control and possess at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Word and SharePoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role involves collaboration with senior product managers project managers and stakeholders including Senior Management and the Executive.

We will count on you to:

  • Support the disclosure process by preparing offer documents and meeting materials.
  • Manage data effectively including maintaining product information and a product change log.
  • Coordinate website updates and monitor web pages in collaboration with the web team.
  • Provide administrative support for investor communications and manage the team inbox.
  • Handle ASIC and APIR administration and assist with miscellaneous requests including product inquiries and competitor analysis.

What you need to have:

  • experience in the financial services industry preferably with specific experience in an investment services or product function.
  • Experience managing and manipulating data.
  • Strong organisational prioritisation and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint Excel Word and SharePoint).
  • Proven ability to manage and manipulate information and data efficiently.
