Financial Planner & Analyst
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Compensation: $1200 $1800/month (USD)
Industry: Financial Planning & Analysis / Consulting
Schedule: Fulltime U.S. Eastern Time preferred
About the Role
We are seeking a detailoriented and analytically strong FP&A Analyst to support strategic financial planning and decisionmaking. You ll work closely with a consulting team to analyze data build financial models and generate compelling presentations that turn numbers into business insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust financial models and forecasting tools
- Analyze historical performance and variance against budgets or benchmarks
- Present findings clearly using PowerPoint and visual storytelling
- Support monthend close reporting and financial planning cycles
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to provide databacked recommendations
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling as needed
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP reporting standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3 years of experience in FP&A corporate finance or business analysis
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience building presentations
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting practices (GAAP)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong critical thinking data interpretation and storytelling abilities
- Comfortable working remotely and independently within a collaborative team
- Experience working with small to midsized U.S. businesses is a plus
