Our client in Gloucester is a leading technology business and is widely regarded as a major player in their industry. Known for their quality of service and an extensive product range the business is on course to achieve astronomical levels of growth recently becoming a B Corp certified company theyre on the hunt for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join their team.

Your Responsibilities as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer will include:
- Provide 2nd Line desktop support to users in response to tickets raised by phone email or instant chat.
- Liaise with 3rd parties: Software and system suppliers that you need to escalate issues to
- Visting sites where needed to resolve issues raised.
- Investigate and resolve issues and problems by working with the client in house team and or 3rd party suppliers.
- Manage your own workload of tickets ensuring SLAs are met.
- Ensuring client confidentiality is always kept.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Windows Desktop: Including windows 10 and 11.
- Apple Mac knowledge
- Microsoft 365 environment including office 365 and Azure AD
- Networking LAN WAN and Firewalls
- Google workspace knowledge
- Great communication skills in all areas
