LETTINGS LISTER Residential Lettings
Location: Guildford GU1
Salary: OTE 60k
Position: Full Time
A highly successful Independent Estate Agency with a thriving business in the Guildford area is now looking for a capable keen experienced and highly enthusiastic Lister/Instruction Winner to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Estate Agency with a proven track record in winning highquality lettings valuations and instructions for the right price and at the right fee. You will need to be diligent results driven and be able to build a good report with clients and the sales team. This is a highly competitive role so you must ooze confidence whilst maintaining exceptional customer service which the company pride themselves on.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Lister / Instruction Winner (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Experienced residential lettings agent
- Significant Listing / Valuations experience
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Sensational telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of the Guildford and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
- Excellent spoken and written English
