Job Title: LETTINGS MANAGER Estate Agent

Salary: OTE 60000 per annum

A highly regarded and forward-thinking boutique estate agency in Wimbledon Village is looking to appoint a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager to head up their prestigious lettings department.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Expanding the lettings portfolio through new business generation
- Conducting market appraisals and securing new instructions
- Leading and developing a high-performing team
- Driving profitability and achieving branch targets
- Building strong and lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and company standards
- Representing the agency professionally within the local market
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Solid experience in residential lettings (minimum 2 years)
- Previous experience in team management or mentorship
- Confident in valuations and negotiation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Highly motivated well-presented and results-oriented
- Familiarity with the Wimbledon property market is a bonus
- Full UK driving licence is essential
