Job Description

We are currentlyseeking aBusiness Managerto join our team!
Working closely withour sales associates and automotive journeyman technicians the Manager will overseethe overall business operations to ensure the efficient operation of the Businessto meet or exceed our customers expectations while achieving and improvinggoals set by the company to ensure strong financial performance.
The ideal candidate will:
Have strong planninganalytical and organizational skills with systematic and logical work style.
Deliver focused effort toensure consistent of all directives processes and plans.
Sparkaction and is a consistent catalyst of achievement and motivation to effectchange and to improve performance.
Workwell under pressure meet deadlines and utilize effective time managementskills.
Aligndirections services performance actions and results with longtermcustomer staff and organizational development and success.
Connectpeople ideas and processes in order to deliver planned results.
Engagesand enables all staff to grow and succeed through training coachingcommunication feedback demonstration and encouragement.
Createand support selfmanaged highly engaged employees.
Responsibilitiesinclude:
Manageinventory to ensure high fill rates and minimal obsolescence.
Supervise motivate support and develop direct staffto achieve goals.
Review performance and develop training andimprovement plans.
Monitor safety and quality standards and develop improvementactivities.
Manageand review department budgets to ensure department processes are costeffective.
Developand implement business plans to achieve growth in sales.
Developand implement marketing plans to achieve growth in sales.
Developand implement strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
Maintainuptodate knowledge of industry trends products and services
Requirements:
Proven and strong management and leadership skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Business degree is strongly preferred however candidates with equivalentexperience in management and leadership roles will also be considered.
Detail Oriented and highly organized
Ability to multitask
Proficient Computer Skills
