Bookkeeper Parttime (Hybrid) Wetherill Park NSW
- Flexible parttime basis
- Approx 25 hours per week
- One day in the office
- Xero Essential

Great opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join a wellestablished organisation in the Collective Buying industry located in Wetherill Park. The organisation has recently moved into the development space thus there is ample long term work for the right person.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Record financial transactions accurately and timely
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records
- Verify and reconcile invoices and receipts
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Enter data into accounting and other systems with high accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Follow internal processes and procedures
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Work collaboratively with other team members
To be considered for this opportunity you will have:
- Experience in a previous Bookkeeper role
- Experience in end to end accounts
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Willingness to be part of a hardworking friendly and professional team environment
- High level of IT literacy
- Knowledge of Xero essential
- Intermediate / advanced MS Office particularly Excel
