As a Digital Marketing Specialist you will be an essential asset to AdAdapted and our overall marketing efforts. You will work directly with the Digital Marketing Director and the marketing team to develop and implement a creative effective and brandconsistent digital marketing plan.

You Will Own:

  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing Director to determine best approaches to social media paid advertising SEO and content needs.

  • A/B testing

  • Building workflows for marketing automations and drip campaigns

  • SEM implementation and maintenance: helps implement and monitor budget adjusts keywords addresses alerts keeps team aware of activity on weekly basis

  • As we get more efficient in our systems you will help updating reporting regularly

  • Execute website and landing page form integrations and pixel/tag implementation

  • Check up weekly on integration statuses

  • Report and calibrate to consistently improve conversion rates click through rates time spent on site form fills etc.

  • Drives paid advertising campaigns pivots when necessary and reports on results.

  • Executes digital campaign launches sharing plans and assets with the appropriate stakeholders.

  • Produces and implements social content in accordance with strategy and brand voice.

  • Always looking for and aware of innovative new digital platforms and channels sees how to use them to tell our story and runs test campaigns leveraging brand assets and messaging.

  • Joins and contributes to general marketing team activities including reporting and research.

  • Create and support various content outreach via social media and paid advertising plans (specifically connected to specific events/content pieces).

  • Help bring forward new and innovative ideas for digital success.

  • Work collaboratively with the team to produce content that reflects the brand

  • Support marketing events webinars conferences etc.

  • Adhere to strict brand guidelines both visually and with the written word.
