Tufting Creeler OperatorPosition Overview
Creeler Operator
Shaw Industries is looking to hire and train Creeler Operators who will play an important role in the manufacture and distribution of a variety of flooring solutions for our residential and commercial customers. We are looking for individuals who are motivated interested in learning various skills and who enjoy problemsolving.
We are currently looking to fill 8 hours 3rd shift openings. Prior manufacturing experience is necessary. Training is provided.

Responsibilities:
Give Tufting machine operator breaks.
Help with Backing Changes.
Creel machines.
Help catch blow backs.
Help doff rolls.
Help run knots for creel changes.
Help thread machines.
