The Directorof Digital Marketing will lead a multifunctional digital marketing team and oversee the strategic use of digital marketing channels to effectively reach and engage Tylers target audiences.
This individual will be responsible for defining channel marketing strategies and leading a highperforming team to activate and deliver highimpact marketing campaigns through the effective use of email social media SEM webinars paid advertising and sponsorships. This experienced leader will bring vision strategic agility and a datadriven approach to maximize the effectiveness of Tylers digital marketing channels.
Candidates will bring extensive experience in the strategic use of digital marketing channels to drive business growth. They will have a proven ability to coach and develop high performing teams influence marketing investment strategies and manage strong partnerships with advertising agencies. Candidates will require strong communication project management and analytical skills and have the ability to influence across all levels of a large complex organization.
This role will serve as a partner to businessfacing marketing teams and will require strong business and financial acumen to ensure alignment with Tylers growth priorities. The ideal candidate will bring 10 years of digital marketing and leadership experience with a proven track record for delivering measurable business results.
This leadership position will play a critical role in advancing the strategic use of digital marketing channels to support Tylers priority growth initiatives. Success in this role will require very strong crossfunctional relationships and alignment with Tylers business marketing teams. This senior leader will have high expectations for defining and implementing digital marketing strategies that increase Tylers brand awareness and fuel a demand generation engine that consistently delivers highquality actionable leads for Sales.
The director will need to architect and communicate a clear vision build support and momentum in newly defined strategies effectively influence change encourage innovative thinking and foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
