Job Description
This position performs duties as assigned and with minimum supervision of the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor in the areas of equipment and system maintenance general maintenance and grounds. Employee is expected to coordinate with supervisor to complete yearly department specific checklist.
Qualifications
High school diploma required
Associates Degree in industrial technology related fields (preferred) or equivalent work experience required.
Drivers license
Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction drawings.
Safe power hand tool operation knowledge
Facilities maintenance experience healthcare facility preferred. Valid Wisconsin drivers license.
