What Youll Do
Facility Design & Engineering Excellence
- Develop innovative engineering designs and specifications for production platforms well pads gathering systems and storage infrastructure
- Create conceptual designs for process and process safety equipment ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Conduct pre-development technical evaluations and prepare comprehensive basis of design documentation
- Review and resolve complex technical issues with third-party contractors using relevant codes and standards
Operations Optimization & Maintenance
- Conduct production facility reviews to optimize performance while minimizing downtime and production deferment
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance programs including preventive maintenance and routine inspections
- Identify opportunities for equipment optimization reliability improvement and cost reduction initiatives
- Review performance of existing offshore facilities and assess areas for enhancement
Project Management & Construction Leadership
- Oversee construction installation and commissioning of major facility projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with contractors construction teams and project managers to ensure timely and accurate implementation
- Manage project interfaces including material take-offs fabrication and installation coordination
- Participate in project planning budgeting and scheduling while providing regular stakeholder updates
Safety Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all facilities comply with health safety and environmental regulations throughout their lifecycle
- Develop and maintain comprehensive safety procedures and conduct thorough risk assessments
- Coordinate regulatory activities related to facilities and development projects
- Actively participate in management of change processes for facility modification projects

Requirements
Who You Are
- 7-10 years of proven oil & gas industry experience as a project management team member
- Demonstrated expertise as Facilities Engineer in upstream operations with focus on design construction and maintenance
- Strong analytical problem-solver with ability to evaluate complex engineering challenges
- Collaborative professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Production Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline from reputable institution
- Minimum Second Class Upper degree (Second Class Lower considered with advanced MBA/MSc qualifications)
- PMP certification highly advantageous for advanced project management capabilities
- Deep understanding of facility engineering principles codes standards and industry best practices
Technical Expertise Youll Apply
- Design Software Mastery: Proficient in AutoCAD SolidWorks and other advanced engineering design applications
- Facility Systems Knowledge: Strong familiarity with production operations gathering systems compression facilities and storage infrastructure

- Documentation Excellence: Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite including MS Project for comprehensive project tracking
