Automotive Collision Shop Manager Wanted at Wright In Ambridge

Join our growing team! Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Collision Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy shop.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations including scheduling estimating and quality control
  • Oversee a team of skilled technicians and ensure their productivity
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
  • Implement costeffective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability

Qualifications:

  • Current PA Estimator Appraisers license
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Shop Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
