Join our growing team! Were seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automotive Collision Shop Manager to oversee all aspects of our busy shop.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including scheduling estimating and quality control
- Oversee a team of skilled technicians and ensure their productivity
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance companies
- Implement costeffective strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
Qualifications:
- Current PA Estimator Appraisers license
- Proven experience as an Automotive Collision Shop Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Indepth knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
