We are currently partnering with a company that are scaling up their operation and require skilled Composite Trimmers to join their team. If youre a hardworking individual who is competent in the handling of adhesives and composite materials and have knowledge of surface preparation then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

As a Composites Trimmer you will:

• Application and handling of laminates to composite materials
• Following technical drawings works instructions and specifications
• Working within department production and quality targets
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team at all levels

Person Specification

To be successful as a Composites Trimmer you should ideally be:

• Competent in handling and application of adhesives and material to aid trimming activities and knowledge in surface preparation
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications
• From the Aerospace industry (beneficial)

Hours of Work Pay and Benefits

• 17.16 per hour
• 37hour week
  • Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:30
  • Friday 08:00 to 13:00
• Overtime
  • Over 37 hours a week and Saturday: x1.5
  • Sunday and bank holidays: x2.0
