Job Title: IT Merchandising Intern
(this position is Hybrid working 2 days a week in the SBH Texas Support Center)

Essential Function
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented summer intern to join our IT Merchandising team. The intern will support our team in creating business cases flow diagrams reporting project planning and other activities as assigned. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in IT project management and contribute to the success of critical IT Merchandising initiatives.
Primary Duties
40 Assist the projects in writing business cases through storytelling creating the supporting documentation such as flow diagrams reporting and project planning activities.
30 Conduct research and analysis to support our business cases by assisting during meetings with our business and IT partners
20 Assist in the coordination and management of project plan administrative functions i.e. managing project timelines and documenting meeting notes and actions
10Participate in project meetings and assist in preparing meeting agendas and minutes
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology Project Management or Supply chain
- Strong interest in IT and project management.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Excel and power point data
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Previous internship experience in IT or project management is a plus.

- Gain comprehensive insights into IT project management methodologies building a business case
- Develop skills in project operations and relationship building with partners
- Work closely with experienced IT professionals managers and technical leads.
- Network within a professional IT environment and participate in realworld IT projects.
- Receive mentorship and guidance from IT leaders.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The work is sedentary. Typically the employee may sit comfortably to do the work. However there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying of light items such as papers files books small parts; using a keyboard driving an automobile etc. No special physical demands are required to perform the work.
