Seeking caring behavioral health and traumainformed individuals to join our interdisciplinary clinical team working with individuals diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or General Mental Health diagnosis under Court Ordered Treatment at our Oak Healthcare Clinic.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 1.5 years of behavioral health experience or
- An associatesdegree in the field of medical or behavioral or
- A bachelors degree (not in the field of behavioral health) and 1 year of behavioral health experience or
- A bachelors degree in the field of behavioral or
- A masters degree or higher in the field of behavioral health
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Word Excel Outlook electronic medical record NextGen preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
- Must have valid Arizona drivers license be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Healths driving policy
- Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1 or apply for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card within 7 working days of employment
- Interpersonal skills which allow for professional and positive relationships with coworkers members families and other community members
- Good communication skills evidenced by a nonjudgmental approach effective listening and positive interactions
- Basic understanding of the DSMV preferred
- Certified Case Manager strongly preferred
- Must pass background check TB test and other preemployment screening
