Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing profitability. The Store Manager will also be involved in dispatch operations. This role offers a competitive salary range of up to 15k.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store staff and delegate tasks effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained
- Coordinate dispatch operations efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar managerial role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Experience in dispatch operations is a plus
