This involves overseeing the qualification nurturing and closing of sales opportunities ensuring a healthy and productive sales pipeline.
Analyzing Sales Performance:
Sales Managers regularly review sales data identify trends and make datadriven decisions to improve sales performance.
Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies:
This involves creating and executing plans to achieve sales targets analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Leading and Managing a Sales Team:
This includes hiring training coaching and motivating sales representatives to achieve their goals and contribute to the overall sales performance.
