Job Description
Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Raipur
Position Type: Fulltime
Salary: Competitive
About the Role: As a Production Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes and ensuring that production meets quality and efficiency standards. You will collaborate with various teams to optimize workflow and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize production schedules
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Manage and motivate a team of production workers
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products
- Implement costsaving measures without compromising quality
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose solutions
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality management systems
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach
