The Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through completion. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Coordinate and oversee fullcycle project deliverables.
- Manage daytoday operations of assigned projects.
- Ensure project safety and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee material handling and logistics.
- Maintain quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Control project costs and manage budgets.
- Supervise field activities and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Anticipate and resolve conflicts proactively to prevent disruptions.
- Provide timely and costeffective solutions to project challenges.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles and responsibilities for this job may include but are not limited to:
- Oversee/manage all aspects of project construction.
- Ensure and enforce all onsite safety requirements. (OSHA LSI Client)
- Conduct daily Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and weekly safety toolbox talks with subcontractors.
- QA/QC of construction installations.
- Ensure conformance to project specifications.
- Supervise and manage subcontractors.
- Receive document and control material deliveries.
- Prepare and send out daily construction reports to LSI project team.
- Assist LSI engineers with project commissioning. (If the project requires this)
- Manage and drive the construction schedule.
- Review and approve subcontractor T&M sheets.
- Maintain onsite record keeping & filing of signin sheets testing reports redlines construction drawings RFIs etc.
- Ensure the clients highest expectations are met and project deliverables are delivered on time safely and within budget.
- Willingness to travel up to 50 of the time.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- BS degree in Construction Management or
- 5 years of Construction management experience in Industrial Construction.
JOB SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office MS project AutoCAD.
- Reading & understanding construction drawings especially electrical drawings.
- Ability to travel up to 50 of the time.
- OSHA 30 Construction Certification
